On 07/17/2025 a child was not being adequately supervised in that the operator of the family day care home left a child in her care with a household member and left the premises. None of the household members were not properly trained to be childcare personnel/substitute. Operator will need to have a household member complete the 6-hour Family Child Care Rules and Regulations if she will be leaving the premises and her substitute is not available during that time. On 07/17/2025 a child was not being adequately supervised in that the operator of the family day care home left a child in her care with a household member and left the premises. Technical Assistance was provided to the operator of the home and it was suggested to her that she gets one of her household members properly trained in case she needs to leave the premises during her hours of operation. Technical Assistance: A. The operator shall remain responsible for the supervision of the children in care and capable of responding to emergencies and the needs of the children at all times. Child care personnel must directly supervise children, both indoors and outdoors, by sight and sound.
