Child care personnel, listed on the supplemental, did not begin the introductory training within 90 days of employment in the child care industry. Child care personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month must begin training within 90 days of employment in the child care industry and successfully complete Departments training within 12 months from the date training begins.
