Based on staff interviews, [Teacher B] witnessed [Teacher A] pull [Child A]s hair, and then pull [Child A] by her ankles to sit her in teachers lap. Incident was not witnessed by any other staff members and there is no video footage to support allegations. [Teacher A] did not confirm or deny the allegations. [Teacher A] was sent home immediately and was terminated from employment at the facility

Management and parent of [Child A] state that verbal conversation was had the day of the incident but an accident/incident report was not filled out and signed by [Child A]s parent on the day of the incident.
