According to CCF Handbook, Section 3.12, D Section 2.1 " If the ground cover in place is loose ground cover (such as, but not limited to: mulch, shredded rubber chips, or sand) a minimum of 6 inches in depth is required in the use zone." Provider will loosen compacted ground cover and add mulch to restore the required 6 inches of ground cover and send a picture of the completed work to the licensing office on or before 2/28/2025
