Upon the Inspector arrival at the facility in the parking lot staff personnel were observed outside and both of the (2) the Director and Owner returned back inside of the facility. Once inside of the facility the Inspector informed the Director that the children can not be left inside of the classrooms by themselves and the two were observed leaving from the table outdoor shaded area in the parking lot and walking back into the side door of the building. This violation was corrected by the staff returning back inside of the building to their classrooms
