At the start of the inspection, the Specialist observed the operator supervising 8 children (3 Infants, 4 Age 1, and 1 Age 6 a School Age) and a few minutes later observed an additional 2 children (1 Age 2 and 1Age 4) lying on the floor in the bathroom near the tub. The Licensing Specialist informed the operator that the number of children present must be reduced within allowable amounts to comply. The operator contacted parents and guardians, and the final number of children was 6 ( 3 Age 1, 1 Age 2, 1 Age 4 and 1 Age 6 a school age child) The licensing specialist had emailed a chart detailing the allowed number of children based on age. The operator stated they had run out of disposable paper towels. During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 10 of the 10 childrens records. During the inspection, the licensing specialist observed 8 records the CF-FSP 2019 enrollment form was dated 2009 and 2 records did not include form. The Licensing Specialist took pictures and asked the operator to have the parents complete the current CF-FSP Form 5219 dated May 2019.
