The Licensing Specialist (LS) observed a board on the playground climbing structure is broken off, and a screw is sticking out. The LS provided technical assistance, stating that the outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and in good repair. Replace the board and cover up the exposed screw.
