Children were observed playing in a parking lot behind the child care facility without approved adequate fencing. Small orange cones were observed surrounding the area where the children played, that poses a hazard as it is not a strong enough barrier to protect the children from vehicles that may cause harm. The owner was instructed to contact the Quality Assurance Specialist for further assistance

This area was out of compliance during the previous inspection, a revisit was conducted and the item continues to be out of compliance. Eleven (11) children were observed in the threes/fours age group, however only seven (7) children were marked present with times of arrival on the daily attendance sheet. Twelve (12) children were observed in the fours/fives group , but only ten (10) children were marked present with times of arrival on the daily attendance sheet.
