During naptime, the monitor observed [1] staff personnel watching two partitioned classrooms and an additional classroom space. The monitor brought this concern to the director walking in the building. Once the director returned to the partitioned classroom and rearranged groups to align with ratio requirements, this standard was brought into compliance
