During today's inspection the monitor found the facility failed to maintain an attendance roster for the children in care. The monitor brought this concern to the Director and owner on site. Per the owner, they did not have classroom rosters due to technical issues. The owner and teachers corrected the attendance record sheet, bringing this violation into compliance

TA was provided that the center will need a visit from a Quality assurance specialist to verify compliance with capacity/sinks/toilets and water fountains
