Complaint alleges that a child is not fed and is kept in high chair most of the day. The child wanders throughout the provider without supervision. Client stated that her child threw a cup at another child and was suspended for 2 days. Client stated that by suspending child, he is not going to understand what he has done wrong. FINDINGS: A complaint inspection was conducted on 6/15/2026 and a statement from the owner/director was received. The owner stated that the child was placed in a high chair, but not all day. It was only when he would throw toys and he would throw toys a lot. The child was give food but he not always eat and would throw it as well. The owner stated that she was trying to help the mother by referring her to early steps and completing an ASQ but the mother believed that there was nothing wrong with the child. Per the teacher, the child would not listen and he would throw toys at other students. On the last incident, he busted another childs lip when he threw a toy so the school decided to suspend the child for two days. The child was placed in a high chair when he would throw toys in order to keep him and the other children safe. This complaint is substantiated as both the teacher and the owner confirmed that the high chair was used at times other than feeding times

On 9/28/23 a facility staff member came to the Child Care LIcensing office to pay an administrartive fine from a previous violation and brought a group of 12 children with her in the facility's vehicle. The children present included 1 three year old, 4 four year olds, and 7 school age children. A Child Care Licensing Specialist asked if there was another teacher and the staff person indicated they were alone. An additional adult is required on all field trips away from the facility; therefore 2 adult staff members were required to be with the 12 children. A Class I Notice of Violation will be issued

A complaint allegation was received on 4/24/2023 alleging that there is only 1 teacher overseeing 15 kids. she also stated that staff tell her that the teachers are coming and is on their way but, no one ever shows up. A complaint inspection was conducted on 4/26/2023 and a statement from the Director (TS) was received. A walkthrough of the facility revealed that the mixed group of 1,2,4,5, and school agers was out of ratio. Ratios were as follows; Mixed group (ages: 2, 3) 1:10 Mixed group (ages: 1, 2, 4, 5, school age) 1:9, this group was out of ratio as there was a 1y/o child in the classroom. This complaint is Substantiated because although there weren't 15 children with one teacher, the classroom was out of ratio because the teacher had 9 children including a 1y/o child

During the course of a complaint inspection related to ratios, the following non-compliance was observed; There were 2 teachers present. one teacher was supervising the mixed group of 2s and 3s and the other teacher was supervising the mixed group of 1s,2s,4s,5s, and school agers.
