FSC observed sink in outdoors playground for afterschool children was clogged and did not drain properly leaving water sitting in the sink with environmental residue. T.A. All equipment used in the outdoor play area must be constructed and maintained according to manufacturers recommendations and allow for water drainage. Any open containers with water must be emptied immediately after use, i.e. pots, toys, or other equipment that collects water
