LS observed the facility did not have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire authority. TA Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A- 36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. FSC observed no Weather drill conducted in the past 12 months. Fixed at time of inspection by conducting a weather drill. T.A. Lockdown and inclement weather drills shall be conducted a minimum of one time each per operating year when children are in care and the documentation of these drills must be maintained for 12 months from the date of the drill.
