At the time of inspection the FSC observed the door of the bathroom stall to be broken and the toilet seat on the toilet to be missing. Techincal assistance was provided to the director to ensure that they conduct daily, weekly and monthly inspections of the bathrooms to confirm that nothing needs to be replaced or repaired. At the time of inspection, the FSC observed two mixed age classrooms to be out of ratio. In one class with one infant and children up to the age of 3 years there was 1 staff member present with 7 children. The director went and got the teacher from outside so that the classroom would be in ratio. Another classroom that had two infants and children up to 3 years old had one teacher present. The director agreed to stay in the classroom to ensure that they would be in ratio
