Attendance sheet/class roaster must accompany the childcare personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom. The roaster was retrieved from the building to be used on the outside play area. This problem was resolved during today's inspection

Childcare personnel Including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month must begin training within 90 days of employment in the childcare industry and successfully complete Department's training within 12 months from the date training begins. 18-12 · Bedding and Linens

Mats were not stored in a sanitary manner, they were stored on top of each other and touching. Counselor witnessed mats being sanitized and properly stored with a petition, between each mat during this inspection. This was completed at the time of the inspection. 12.4--Each child in care, other than school-age children must be provided with safe and sanitary bedding and mats to be used when napping or sleeping. Bedding must be appropriate for the child's size
