At time of inspection on the 2-4 Yrs. playground, the climbing/sliding equipment there was not enough mulch under the equipment as shown in the picture attached. Gave technical assistance on equipment, stated that any structure that a child can climb on, much have six inches of surfacing and 6 feet out and around that structure. Reinspection 11/1/24
