All creams and water conditioner was put away, in a locked cabinet. It was observed that RMR disinfectant in two clear spray bottles in the toddler's classroom accessible to children and not labeled with the contents. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturer's recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a child's reach at all times

The fence located on the toddler play area needs to be brought up to four feet in height. The outdoor play area must have adequate fencing or walls a minimum of 4 feet in height. Fencing, including gates, must be continuous and must not have gaps or opening larger than 31/2 inches that would allow children to exit the outdoor play area.
