The baseboard in the bathroom of the fours classroom is peeling away from the wall. This needs to be removed completed or reattached to the wall securely. One ceiling tile in the toddler room has water damage and needs to be replaced. Upon further inspection it was noticed that the light next to that ceiling tile is full of water. According to the teacher this light still turns on. This light needs to be replaced and should not be used until the water issue is fixed unless a fire inspection is obtained stating that this is safe to use. In the same toddler room there was paint observed around the playground door that is peeling/flaking off. This needs to be sanded down/repainted. An on-site re-inspection will be conducted to verify compliance
