During the onsite visit the monitor observed an enrichment provider in the twos classroom with a group of 2 years old children by herself; another enrichment provider was observed in the VPK classroom with two other teachers with a group of children. The provider did not have documentation of level 2 clearinghouse screening clearance for the enrichment teachers. See supplemental notes for more information. Note: TA, all enrichment providers (therapist, cooks and others), that are unscreened must not be left alone with children and proof of identification and screening must be available for review
