A complaint allegation was received on 3/11/2026 from corroborating agency alleging that there are concerns about a staff member aggressively moving multiple children into their class. Child, H.H. had red marks and a scratch from where the staff member forcibly picked H.H. by her left arm to take her to the diaper changing station. While being moved, H.H. fell, and two scratch marks were observed on her arm afterword. FINDINGS: A complaint investigation was conducted on 3//12/2026 and a statement from the owner was received. Per the owner, the mother brough the allegation to the owners attention on 3/10/2026. Upon hearing about the allegations, the owner removed the teacher from the classroom and asked her to leave the premises pending her investigation. Video footage was reviewed and the teacher was observed behaving inappropriately with several children, including H.H. The teacher was terminated on the same day after owner reviewed the video footage. The owner contacted our office and DCF to self-report this incident on 3/10/2026. Video footage was reviewed and the following was observed; The teacher was observed grabbing the child by her arm and escorting her to the diapering area. As the teacher is guiding her by holding her left arm, the child fell to the floor and the teacher picked her up either by her torso or her axillas and carried her to the diapering area that was out of camera view, and returned to observe the children that were sitting at the table. In other instances, the teacher is seen moving children by the arm and sitting them on their chairs at the table, swiftly pushing the chair closer to the tables. In H.H. case, the child received red marks on her elbow crease from the teachers grip. The child remains enrolled at the facility, as the teacher was terminated. The teacher failed to follow the schools disciplinary policy and this allegation is substantiated
