The 4 year old teacher left the classroom to the playground to speak with a teacher that was on the playground. The 4 year old teacher left the classroom to go in the kitchen area to cut up apples for snack. The two and three year old teachers left the classroom to retrieve snacks for the class. The one year old teacher left the classroom to retrieve whip cream from the refrigerator located in the kitchen. Three were 2 children that came into the building to use the restroom from the playground that were unattended

There was insufficient staff members that have a valid first aid and Pediatric CPR training. A minimum of 3 staff members must be present. The office staff member was the only one observed with a valid training. 4.2.4 (B) By December 31, 2021, the facility shall maintain the following number of child care personnel with the CPR certification and first aid training that are on site at the facility at all times children are in care. For child care personnel to count to meet requirement, they shall be child care personnel assigned to provide direct supervision of children in care: • For 0 25 child care personnel needed to meet ratio requirements there shall be at least three (3) personnel with current CPR/First Aid • For 26 50 child care personnel needed to meet ratio requirements there shall be at least four (4) personnel with current CPR/First Aid • For 51 75 child care personnel needed to meet ratio requirements there shall be at least five (5) personnel with current CPR/First Aid • For every additional 25 child care personnel there shall be at least one (1) additional staff person with current CPR/First Aid A Director, on site when children are present, with pediatric CPR certification and first aid training may qualify as one of the child care personnel for purposes of meeting the above requirements. Documentation of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification and first aid training must be kept on file and available for licensing to review. Child care personnel satisfying the certification and training requirements shall be present at all times that children are in care at the facility, and at least one (1) child care personnel with the CPR certification and first aid training on field trips which includes all activities away from the program, and during all transportation activities
