At the last inspection the provider was provided with capacitys after measuring the facility, the provider failed to post capacitys. At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist determined that the child care personnel listed on the supplemental did not start an introductory course within 90 days of work in the industry. The staff started in the industry on 9/4/2024 but did not start a course until 12/19/ 2024. The staff started a course, but it was late. TA was provided to ensure that child care personnel start a required DCF course within 90 days of employment in the child care industry. TS was provided to ensure that child care personnel start a DCF introductory Training course within 90 days of employment in the industry. Courses started prior to industry start date are not applicable for compliance with this standard

At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist determined that the children listed on the supplemental had expired Immunization records. Child 1s form was expired as of 12/24/2024. Child 2s form was expired as of 12/31/2024. Child 3s form was also expired as of 12/31/2024. TA was provided to ensure that the children listed on the supplemental have current Immunization records on file for Licensing to review by the due date.
