At the time of inspection, the counselor observed a childs water bottled provided from home in the four and five year old classroom that was labeled with the childs first name and last initial. The counselor advised the provider that bottles provided from home must have the childs full name to include the full last name at all times. At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the child care personnel listed on the supplemental did not complete annual exposure plan training and document on file. The counselor advised the provider that the training should be completed as a refresher annually. The staff last completed the training on 6/2/2023 and 6/26/2023.
