The last fire drill was conducted on 4/14/2025. During the inspection, a fire drill was conducted with Licensing Specialist. The fire extinguisher certification(s) are valid until 4/2025. The annual fire inspection was conducted on 3/6/2025. 23-5: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the fire extinguisher was not tagged annually, in that they expired on 4/2025. 32-3: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the wooden platform on the red climber was not in good repair, in that the wood is chipping off. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.12, B and F All playground equipment must be securely anchored, unless portable or stationary by design, in good repair, maintained in safe and sanitary condition, and placed to ensure safe use by the children. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed the carpet by the back door is torn. The director was given until July 15, 2024, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook Section 3.1 A.- General Health and Safety Requirements. A. All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation of the indoor play area inspection must be maintained for 12 months

DH Form 680 and DH Form 681 may be obtained from the local county health department. Specific immunization requirements are included and detailed in the most current edition of the Immunization Guidelines-Florida Schools, Child Care Facilities and Family Day Care Homes as promulgated by the Florida Department of Health.
