During the inspection, the smoke detector was tested and was operational. The Fire extinguisher certification is valid until April 2025. During the inspection, the provider had an operational corded phone. During the inspection, the licensing specialist observed that the fire extinguisher did not have a current certificate. The last date the fire extinguisher was tagged was on April 2024. The owner was given until May 28, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing counselor provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.11, B Fire Safety. B. The home shall have an operable smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher with a current certificate
