    On Friday March 8th, 2024, [Child A] was left in a classroom unsupervised for 10 minutes. [Teacher A] and [Teacher B] transitioned out of the toddler 2 classroom to go across the hall and outside to the playground at 2:33 PM. A teacher in the classroom next door heard the child crying and notified management. [Management] opened the door at 2:43 and found [Child A] in the classroom unsupervised. Management returned [Child A] to her teachers outside

On 3/24/23, violation was cleared when Director reported that this employee would not be on-site until training was passed.
