A complaint allegation was received on 5/11/2023 alleging that the. preschool is out of ratio. A complaint inspection was conducted on 5/11/2023 and the findings were as follows: infants 1:3 1y/o 1:6 1y/o and 2y/o 2:20 3y/o 1:14 4y/o and school agers 1:22 school age group A (afterschool ) 1:27, 2 children removed while I was in this after care room and moved to the school age room B. bringing the ratio to 1:25 before i left the room. school age group B (afterschool ) 2:30 The mixed group of 1y/o and 2y/o (2:20) and the school age group (1:27) was found out of ratio. A notice of violation is being issued. This complaint is Substantiated
