The school owner/director self reported an incident that occurred at the child care facility on Friday, February 6th at approximately 3:20 p.m. During the scheduled outdoor playground time, a school-age child climbed the perimeter fence and briefly entered the neighboring property. Staff were immediately notified, and the counselor responded without delay, escorting the child back to the playground area. A class 1 non-compliance and Notice of Violation is being issued
