Complaint allegation was received alleging that on Wednesday December 11, 2024 the child (K) was put into time out in the bathroom. The parent stated that the next day she spoke with the director M.D. and was told the teacher that put her child in the bathroom for time out was fired. A complaint investigation was conducted on December 19, 2024 and the director M.D. e was interviewed. M.D. stated that the child was placed in the restroom for time out by the teacher with bathroom door open however the child kept closing the bathroom door and the teacher kept opening the door but eventually the child was left in the bathroom with the door closed. This complaint is found to be substantiated for inappropriate discipline. The discipline used was against the providers discipline policy and the teacher was terminated for not following the discipline policy
