The staff were observed to be slapping and slinging the children. The staff were observed to be putting their legs across the children's bodies at nap time to hold them down. The staff also were observed sitting on children as young as two years old. The staff placed their leg's on top of the children to make them lay down. The counselor provided technical assistance to the owner on making sure that no one uses any form of corporal punishment ever. The owner fired all the teachers that were observed committing forms of physical punishment. She hired new experienced and trained teachers

A member from another agency came in found the entire facility to be very hot. The member stated That it was hotter in the facility than it was outside. The facility had several children present at the time. The director stated that the a toy was stuck in the vent. The owner just stated the AC was broken. The counselor provided technical assistance to the owner that she should have sent the children home until the AC was fixed. The owner had some one immediately come out and fix the AC
