The staff member while disciplining a child took the child by both arms lifting him off the cot he was standing on and swiftly placing him on the floor. The child was jumping from cot to cot and continued the behavior after being placed on the floor. A staff member from another classroom saw the child and was able to keep eyes on the child and call for assistance. Corrective action has been taken.
