The staff member while disciplining a child took the child by both arms lifting him off the cot he was standing on and swiftly placing him on the floor. The child was jumping from cot to cot and continued the behavior after being placed on the floor. The teacher in the room did not discipline a second child jumping on a friend as he lay on his cot or corrected the children as they wrestled on the cots.
