In twos classroom bedding and linens was not stored in a sanitary manner and was observed stacked on each other. Personnel stated that linen are sent home and washed once a week. Completed at time of inspection was it was removed. "Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens."
