On the playground the black storage container doors are broken off. There are lengthy cracks in the ceiling in the 1 year old room and pony's room B and C. The outdoor bathroom on the right needs to have the cover for the vent placed on correctly. The rope ladder has one handle that needs to be put back in the rope

The teachers who were in the classroom during the incident admitted that one teacher was changing a child's diaper, and the other teacher was sitting with the other children with her back to the slide that the child fell off of with a toy in her hand.
