Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times. The fire extinguishers were certified thru 3/2023, currently they are expired (Pictures were taken). A fire drill was conducted on 7/7/2023 with 17 adults and 134 children. An Inclement weather drill was conducted on 3/14/2023 with 17 adults and 134 children. Reviewed annual fire inspection, the fire inspection was conducted on 1/31/2023 with no violations

Child care personnel must successfully complete 40 hours of child care training as evidenced by successful completion of competency examinations offered by the Department or its designated representative with a weighted score of 70 or better. Child care personnel who successfully completed the mandatory 40-hour Introductory Child Care Training prior to January 1, 2004 are not required to fulfill the competency examination requirement. A.
