The facility did not have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire authority. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A (Section 14.2, number 1) [SR] Child Care Regulation Counselor (CCRC) Provided Technical Assistance (TA) to the director: The annual fire inspection is valid for 1 year from the time of completion and must not expire.
