During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed cleaning supplies were accessible to children in care. This standard was brought back into compliance at the time of inspection. Per DCF Handbook Section 3.2, B Toxic/Hazardous Material/Firearms/Weapons B. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times
