During the time of the renewal inspection on 2/5/26 the Licensing Specialist observed that the disciplinary policy for the program was not signed by the parent. During the time of the reinspection inspection the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist that there are 9 children enrolled. The Licensing Specialist observed disciplinary policy of 7 children. According to DCF handbook Section 2.3 Child Discipline C. Verification that the home has provided the parent or guardian a written copy of the disciplinary and expulsion policies used by the home must be documented on the enrollment form with the signature of the custodial parent or legal guardian
