During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed staff members with CPR/FIrst Aid Certificates that did not state on-site instructor-based skills assessments. The director was given until October 4th, 2024 to come back into compliance for this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 4.2.4 First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) B. By December 31, 2021, the facility shall maintain the following number of child care personnel with the CPR certification and first aid training that are on site at the facility at all times children are in care

At the time of inspection, licensing specialist observed that sign in and sign out was not accurate. The teachers corrected the sign in and sign out times making the attendance accurate and director reminded staff to be sure these sheets are accurate at all times of the day. TA Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program
