At time of inspection, counselor observed and photographed the laundry room door was unlocked and a bucket of Arm & Hammer Laundry soap and an open bottle of liquid Tide detergent sitting on the floor next to the washing machine. TA was given to staff that the door must be locked at all times or the detergent must be put up out of reach of children in the classroom

Counselor observed and photographed the handwashing sink in the 2 1/2 yr old classroom did not have soap at the sink. They only had hand sanitizer at the sink. Soap was added to the sink at the time of inspection

At time of inspection, counselor observed handwashing posters at the handwashing sinks had how to wash hands but did not have the situations or times to was hands posted. TA was given to staff on having the how and when posted at the handwashing sinks and be sure that only handwashing is taking place in these sinks
