This standard was brought into compliance during the inspection in the operator informed the licensing specialist that they had a new substitute. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook Section 3.2 C Substitute C: Any changes to the plan must be reported to the licensing office within 5 working days. All hours worked by the substitute must be documented in writing and maintained for 12 months

During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the fence around the play area had a gap larger than 3 1/2 inches. The gap is measured at 11 1/2 inches. The area is on the right side of the play area, towards the front of the house. The gap has palm tree palm trees to the left of the fence. During the inspection, pictures were taken. This standard is being given until May 29, 2025 to come into compliance. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook Section 7.6 Outdoor Time, Fencing and Play Area Requirements F: Fencing, including gates, must be continuous, and shall not have opening or gaps larger than 3 1/2 inches that would allow children to exit the outdoor play area. The bottom or base of the fence must remain at ground level and free from erosion or buildup to prevent inside or outside access by children or animals
