During the inspection, the Operator advised that there are currently 12 employees. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 12 of 12 employee records. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 1 personnel that was not added to the Operators Clearinghouse roster. This standard has been brought back into compliance in that the personnel no longer works at the facility. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K: Initial Screening K: The employer/Operator must add childcare personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 10 days of when the individual has received a childcare eligible result and has been hired at the facility. Employer/Operator must add an end date for individuals on the Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 10 days of the employment termination

At the time of inspection licensing specialist observed that while 9 staff members were trained for CPR skills assessment was not completed. Be sure to have staff members do a skills assessment by due date. TA CPR courses must include on-site, instructor- based skill assessments by a certified CPR instructor. Documentation of completion of the online course and on-site assessment must be maintained at the facility and available for review by the licensing authority

17-07 · Outdoor Play Area/Fencing
At time of inspection, licensing counselor observed a large gap at the preschool playground. The existing railroad ties are covering most of the gaps but a few panels are still with a large gap exposed. Be sure to have all gaps at the bottom of the fence and gates closed off by due date. TA was given in The outdoor play area must have adequate fencing or walls a minimum of 4 feet in height. Fencing, including gates, must be continuous and must not have gaps or opening larger than 3 inches that would allow children to exit the outdoor play area. The base of the fence must remain at ground level and be free from erosion or build up to prevent inside and outside access by children or animals. Staff stated that a staff member does come out to check the playground area prior to any groups using the area
