During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 2 of the 2 childrens records. REMINDER: Influenza brochures must be provided annually between August 1st and September 30th for each enrolled child. Distracted Adult brochures must be provided semi-annually in the months of April and September for each enrolled child. 33-6: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the daily attendance was not maintained in that one child was not signed out on 8/29/2024, one child was not signed out on 8/28/2024, and one child was not signed in on 8/30/2024.
