The facility experienced a power outage on 7/26/23 around 1:30PM. The power returned on 7/27/23 around 1PM. The facility moved all items in the refrigerator to the freezer and stated they checked the freezer temperature throughout the day. Technical Assistance: In the event of a power outage it is considered an unusual incident and should be reported to DOH. The facility lost power for 24 hours. Per 64E-11, In the event of an emergency occurrence such as a fire, flood, power outage or similar event that might result in the contamination of food, or that might prevent potentially hazardous food from being held at safe temperatures, 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below and 140 degrees Fahrenheit or above, the person in charge shall immediately notify the department
