23-02 · Technical assistance was given to the provider as a reminder that an approved fire inspection must be completed on or before the prior year's date. The last fire drill was conducted on 4/23/24 and emergency preparedness drills were conducted on 8/31/23 (lockdown) and 3/28/24 (weather). The fire extinguisher(s) were last tagged in May 2024. A fire drill was conducted on today's date with the CCR counselor present

At the time of the complaint inspection, the child listed on the supplemental was provided a food pouch containing oat and wheat after the facility had received documentation specifically restricting the child from consuming these ingredients. The child's file contained medical documentation stating exactly what the child could and could not have. The staff listed on the supplemental provided the child a food pouch containing oat and wheat and was negligent in reading the label before providing this to the child. The child was hospitalized as result of the negligence. This was completed at time of inspection as the incident has been resolved
