At the time of the inspection, the CCR counselor reviewed all staff files and observed the staff listed on the supplemental had lived outside the state of Florida within the past 5-years and was not included with the original screening. The prior state is a non NFF state. The provider initiated a resubmission while the counselor was still present. The provider was also reminded to obtain a sexual offender check and abuse & neglect check from the prior state within 45 days of employment start date
