Reviewed training transcript and clearing house record for a new employee. The employee started working for a childcare facility in Florida on 6/4/2017, and started the introduction course on 01/03/2019 and did not complete the training ( over 1 year) (did not test for any of the classes). Provided technical assistance to the Director: an employee must complete the introduction course within 12 months of their employment start date in the Florida Childcare Industry (facility) or within 12 months of start date of the training ( completing 1 class in part 1 or part 2 (not actually testing for it).
