CCF Hnadbook 3.12, C All equipment, fences, and objects on the facilitys premises shall be free from sharp, broken and jagged edges, and properly placed to prevent overcrowding or safety hazards in any one area. The blue and green playground structure has rusted parts and sharp edges that expose a safety hazard. This structure was painted but the rusted and sharp areas are still showing.
