Interviewed 2 staff members and Director separately.. All admitted that infant room has been out of compliance in past two week on occasion with a 2:9 ratio during a transition for a few minutes. Ratio at 2:8 in the infant room and a parent arrives with another infant putting the ratio at 2:9 ( out of compliance) until infant room makes a ratio adjustment. Director advised Licensing Specialist that facility will no longer let parent come to room with infant until room is already adjusted with proper number of staff.
