Applications, with the required substantiating documentation, must be submitted to the Department at least three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled monthly meeting of the Palm Beach County Child Care Advisory Council. An application for change of ownership means an application for licensure or certificate on a currently approved facility from any person or persons, including corporations and other distinct entities, other than the current license holder or certificate holder."
