During the inspection, observed one child was not signed out on the attendance log who had left the facility/was picked up by parent. Also observed one child who was in a special/therapy was not signed out from the group. Staff promptly corrected and updated the attendance log, resolving the non-compliance at the time of the inspection

At the time of the inspection, observed tearing in the screen to a window of one of the classrooms. Also observed the screens were not fitting firmly in place, as noted by the buckling of the plastic screening frame in the windowpane
